Smart regulation, science to improve environmental quality

Urban wisdom and environmental protection aims to improve environmental quality, based on advanced technologies such as sensors, big data, AI intelligence, and the establishment of a rational, functional, indicator-based and standardized ecological monitoring network; information-based management and automation of key operations such as monitoring, surveillance, emergency response, and overall improvement of environmental regulatory efficiency; and the creation of a cross-cutting, large data centre, interconnective data-sharing among environmental regulatory systems at all levels, early warning of prediction, pollution cause analysis, scientific research and intelligent diagnosis, improved capacity for environmental data application and environmental management “to speak, manage and make decisions with data”.
