Principle:

The CNJY-L series NaclO generator is a new type of equipment for the field production of Naclo solution, generating sodium subchlorate solution through electrolysis of salt water, consisting of soluble salt devices, filtering devices, matching devices, total electrolyte electrolytic poles, complete current power supply, automated control systems, storage and loading, pure sodium sodium hypochlorate solution as a strong oxidant, with a strong microbicide, bleaching effect, and the most widely applied disinfectant, mainly for food processing, water disinfection, hospital or municipal sewage treatment projects.

The method of work is that the sodium chloride solution, acting with a certain voltage, is subject to a series of electrochemical reactions in the cell, resulting in the generation of the NaClo solution, in which the process of generation of NaClo can be expressed in the following chemical equations:

Electropolar reaction:

Anode: 2Cl-2eCl2

cathode: 2H+2e→H2

Solvent reaction: 2 Naoh+Cl2→Nacl+NaclO+H2O

B, Saturated salt water filters: including stainless steel secondary precision filters, primary filtering 50um, secondary filtering 5um, introduction of PP filter cores, easy to replace and ensuring salt water clean;

C, Saturation salt water and production water diluted into 2.5 per cent of the saline water and power was released;
