Product features:


1. The impeller adopts the design of ternary flow theory, and the application of flow analysis technology predicts the performance of the blower, which makes the multi-variable efficiency as high as 82%.
2. The blower adopts axial inlet guide vane and diffuser regulating device, and the range of flow rate adjustment is from 45% to 110% of the rated flow rate, which makes the blower operate under non-rated working conditions with high efficiency.
3. Adopting assembled overall structure, the blower body is assembled on the shell of the gearbox, the lubricating oil system, motor and gearbox are compactly arranged on the common base, which doubles as an oil tank.
4. After the rotor is strictly balanced, the vibration is small, the reliability is high and the overall noise is low. The rotating moment of inertia is small, and the starting and stopping time of the unit is short. Compared with the multi-stage centrifugal blower with the same flow rate and pressure, it consumes less energy, is light in weight, and occupies a small area.
5. The structure of the blower is advanced and reasonable, with fewer wearing parts and easy installation, operation and maintenance. The bearing vibration, temperature, anti-surge control, start-up interlock protection, fault alarm, lubrication system oil pressure, oil temperature control, etc. of the whole machine are controlled by programmable logic controllers, so that the operation of the whole machine can be monitored in real time.
